You will only see when the items have shipped, left the country and arrived into the country. No additional scanned events will be provided through USPS tracking.

1) Wait for a few days to see if it arrives. We've seen the USPS system mark a package as delivered and it later shows up.
2) Did you opt-in for shipping protection during checkout with Route? Proceed to the next question for steps on how to contact them to locate your package.
3) If you did not opt-in with our shipping insurance partner during checkout, submit a Domestic claim with USPS by clicking the link here
If something went wrong with your protected order file a claim with Route. Locate their contact information through your order emails, their app or website by clicking the link here.

MOTD offers worldwide shipping with some exclusions.
We charge a flat rate shipping to keep cost at a low for our domestic customers. During checkout you may find shipping costs and options by entering your address. Domestic customers are eligible for free shipping on orders over $35+ and International orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $100.00+
There can be several reasons why you're not seeing any scanned events under your tracking number and here's what we've been told by USPS.
USPS is continuously experiencing delays due to Covid.
The package is at the USPS hub and is still waiting to be received and scanned by someone (it's first in first out.)
The package has been received, but not scanned and is in transit (you may not see any scanned events during the transit.)
The package has been received, but not scanned and is in transit (with delayed scanned events.)
Any import fees applied to the delivery is buyer responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot lower the value of a package neither mark it as a gift. We also have no control over these charges or can estimate how much it will be. We suggest that you contact your customs office and request for more information about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order with M.O.T.D Cosmetics. The customs policy varies from country to country, and not being aware of their regulations can result in high import duties on delivering your package.
Orders & Payment
After you’ve added items to your bag and proceeded to the checkout page, on the review page please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct. Once you have reviewed your order and entered payment information, you can then submit for processing. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
You can checkout using: Paypal, Afterpay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. Please see more about Afterpay here.
Backorder means that the item is currently out of stock but available to still purchase. You will receive the item once it becomes available. Please use our contact form if you have questions on a product that is on backorder. We can advise you on the restock timing.

Returns and Warranty
We accept returns or exchanges of damaged, defective, or wrong shipped items resulted in error made by our shipping department.
MOTD does not cover shipping charges for returns or exchanges requested by the customer with the exception of a result of our own error.
MOTD does not accept returns on false lashes with the exception of wrong shipped items result of our own error.
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
We highly value our customers and want you to have a positive experience with our products. M.O.T.D brushes go through quality assurance before being shipped out to you and although it’s unlikely that you may receive a defective product, it can happen. We provide a warranty that includes a replacement of the item up to 1 year from the receipt date.
An exchange for the same item marked as damaged. If the item is unavailable, we will provide you with a comparable product or you can opt in to be put on the restock waiting list.
