Does M.O.T.D ship to my country?
How much will shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate shipping to keep cost at a low for our customers. During checkout you may find shipping costs and options by entering your address. Customers are eligible for free shipping on orders over $50+
When will my package ship?
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.*
Shipping occurs during regular business days* (Monday to Friday)
*The processing time and shipping may change during peak promotional periods and holidays. Also note to leave additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery for international orders and be advised for any delays due to customs and postal service which may impact delivery times.
How long will it take for my package arrive?
Tracking is provided with all domestic shipping orders.
USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days)
Please note that tracking is not available for international shipping.
M.O.T.D Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed shipment, and will be sent at buyer’s risk.
USPS International Mail (14 business days +)
Shipping to international countries has an average of 14+ business days and most orders will reach their destination within 21 business days. Delivery times can be delayed due to customs and M.O.T.D Cosmetics is not responsible for any delays. Please allow up to 45 business days for delivery.
What about Customs?
Any import fees applied to the delivery is buyer responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot lower the value of a package neither mark it as a gift. We also have no control over these charges or can estimate how much it will be. We suggest that you contact your customs office and request for more information about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order with M.O.T.D Cosmetics. The customs policy varies from country to country, and not being aware of their regulations can result in high import duties on delivering your package.
M.O.T.D Cosmetics accepts returns or exchanges of damaged, defective, or wrong shipped items. Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
After you’ve added items to your bag and proceeded to the checkout page, on the review page please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct. Once you have reviewed your order and entered payment information, you can then submit for processing. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment is processed via PayPal. We also accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
